CHRIS WARNICK
FOUNDER & BROKER
Chris received his degree from Utah Valley University in Marketing.
His extensive experience in marketing, negotiation, and running
successful businesses inside and out of the Real Estate Industry.
Chris made a name for himself as a trusted Real Estate Professional
well equipped to help his clients navigate the complexities of
virtually any transaction. As a resident of Lehi, Chris channels his
professional expertise along with his passion for helping people.
Chris got his start in Real Estate when his company took on the
responsibility of housing individuals with disabilities in order for
them to be successful in the community.
As the founder of Treo Real Estate, Chris compliments his
knowledge and experience with an array of resources designed to
perfect the client experience. He feels strongly that the Real Estate
industry is long overdue for major changes including transparency
and good old fashion service. He feels strongly that the ideas and
vision of Treo will bring about the change clients have desperately
been searching for.
JUSTIN CUTLER
REALTOR & ATTORNEY
Prior to joining Treo, Justin worked as an attorney in Sacramento,
California, primarily practicing in the areas of business, real estate,
employment, and estate planning. In 2016, Justin moved to Utah to
start his own law firm, J. Cutler Law, which primarily focuses on real
estate law and estate planning. Justin also has a degree in
economics which made him finely attuned to the frustrating
inefficiency that is standard in the real estate industry. So when
Justin was approached by Treo and learned of the innovated,
commission-free pricing structure, he was more than eager to join
forces with Treo.
